A spec brand campaign for Dirty Shirley: 1950s sailor pin-ups, cherry red, and a poolside pop-up that feels like a forgotten Americana ad.
Keep Dirty Shirley's cherry-red world and existing can, then give it a flare. The campaign borrows from the most American imagery there is: the V-J Day kiss in Times Square, the pin-up nose art painted on WWII bombers, and the sailor-stripe, red-bandana, red-lip pin-up girls of the '40s and '50s.
The activation is a poolside pop-up at a music festival: turf underfoot, a four-pack with the pin-up painted down the side of the can, and servers in sailor stripes carrying trays of the drink. The film is the sizzle reel for that world: classy, retro, a little cheeky.
